libfile-find-rule-vcs-perl software package provides Perl module to exclude files/directories for Version Control Systems, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfile-find-rule-vcs-perl
libfile-find-rule-vcs-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfile-find-rule-vcs-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfile-find-rule-vcs-perl *
